Fees & Funding
Children 3 years and older old
Your child will be entitled to 15 hours free childcare from the term AFTER their 3rd birthday (30 hours if both parents work at least 16 hours a week) from Hampshire County Council. This can be split between 2 settings. you can apply on gov.uk. a code will be given for the preschool Manager. this needs to be updated every 3 months to keep your code active.
Please ask Charlotte if you need any help applying for free hours.
You will need to complete a form that will be given to you at the start of every term. Staff will help you with this.
Any hours over the 15 hours will be charged at £5.50per hour.
Children under 3 years old - Please note we cater for children aged 2 years 6 months and above (we occasionally cater for 2 year olds if numbers and ratio permits).
Children UNDER 3 can sometimes receive 15 hours funding (called 2 year old funding) if you are in receipt of Income Support or on a low income. you can apply for this on hampshire county website which can tell you straight away, in most cases, if you are eligible. If you are eligible for this you will be given a code to bring to preschool.
If you are not eligible for funding, fees will be charged at £5.75 per hour until they are 3 years old. This is because we need a higher staff/child ratio.
